Lebanon County President Judge John Tylwalk sat down this week with the Lebanon Valley Daily News and took a few moments to bask in the success of his third retention vote on November 2nd.
He garnered about 73% of the 24,000 votes cast:
Tylwalk is 69 years old, and will be able to serve another six years on the bench until age 75, when the state forces retirement of judges.
Beyond crushing his retention vote, Judge Tylwalk has another milestone related to his service on Lebanon County’s Court of Common Pleas:
Prior to ascending to the bench, Judge Tylwalk served as Lebanon County’s Public Defender.
