One week after the report of two missing alligators from a North Cornwall Township home, the owner of the reptiles believes they’re gone for good.

Brandy Gwynn, the co-owner of Beneath the Skin Tattoo & Piercing on Cumberland Street, said her pet alligators went missing sometime around Saturday, August 20th. She reported their disappearance to North Cornwall Township Police Monday, August 22nd.

Speaking on WLBR’s “Talk of the Town” newsmaker segment, she said beyond that phone call, nothing else has been done:

She believes the police were only interested in ginning up publicity against her:

As for Cleo and Georgia, the two missing alligators, Gwynn is certain they were stolen from their outdoor enclosure at her home along the 300-block of Royal Road and likely sold on the black market:

However, if they’re still in the area, Gwynn says she’ll happily take them back, no questions asked. She’ll even pick them up, if that’s what it takes.
